Order Information

 

1.    When will my order be shipped?

All stock merchandise will be dispatched for shipment within 2-3 working days of receipt of order for door to door service and for bank transfer, draft cueq, and western union will be shipped after the confirmation of money accredit the account. Please allow an additional 3-5 working days for custom-made or alteration service. You will be notified via email of any back orders, or other delays in shipping your order. we offer delivery via Registered International air parcel which takes up to 4-6 working days for you to receive your goods.

 2.    What about out-of-stock items?

We make every effort to keep a good stock of all the items on our site. Occasionally, a high-demand item may go out-of-stock. If we are out-of-stock of an item you ordered, we will notify you via email. You may cancel any unavailable merchandise or refund the item price.

3.    Can I cancel my order?

Customer satisfaction is important to all of us at sitjumpplay. We will ship your merchandise as quickly as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we can cancel it for you. However, we shall not be able to process a cancellation once your order has been shipped.

1.    What countries do you ship to?

For United Arab Emirates delivery order made before 3PM will be delivered next day. Any order made after 3PM it will be delivered within 2 days. For any special order please contact us n order to get your requirement. You may order from anywhere in the world using our online payment facility.

For international delivery order please contact us for sending quotation.

2.     How to track my shipment?

Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you a tracking number, please enter this tracking number at relevant site in the mail sent to track your shipment.

Import custom duty is usually paid by the customer.

The best way to arrange for an exchange is to contact our staff who will give you correct instructions pertaining to your particular order. Every exchange scenario can be different and there may be times when we can help you avoid unnecessary costs of sending your items back to us.
 

3.     What should I do if the goods received are damaged?


All products are carefully wrapped with utmost care to ensure a safe delivery to its destination. In case of damage during shipment, Please notify us on info@sitjumpplay.com about the damaged item within 2 days of receipt and the item should be returned within 7 days of receipt, with labels and packaging intact.

4.     What products can be returned or refunded?

sitjumpplay guarantees our product to be totally satisfied by you, and we don’t refund the product but we can exchange it to you by some other products with the same amount


5.     Can I have refund if I reject my package when it is delivered to me?

If customers reject the package because of customs issue or other issues arouse at their side, we will not be responsible for arranging any refund towards the rejected package as we have fulfilled our obligation to complete and ship the orders to customers.

6.     What is your address for returns or exchanges?

We usually advice customer to contact our staff before sending items back to us, as there may be times when we can help you avoid unnecessary costs of sending your items back to us. 7.     Who pays for shipping exchange or return items back to sitjumpplay.com?

In a normal event, the customer will be responsible for shipping their items back to us, whereas we shall be responsible for re-shipping exchange items back to you. Thus, we suggest you make careful selections for our products before you finalize your order.

8.     Can I get a refund?

We don’t refund any item but we can exchange the returned item. And you can be refunded in case of damaged item, cancel order and not availability of the products conditions applies you should contact our customer service to get answered
