Just till me where you want the product to reach you, with a valid email address to confirm the order as well as a valid mobile number so the delivery person calls you to deliver the product.

Note: Please keep the money with you as a delivery person will not hand you the products unless you pay first and then will hand you the product and please do sign the receive document, it’s vital. Or otherwise you will take the responsibility to pay the delivery again.

All stock merchandise will be dispatched for shipment within 2-3 working days of receipt of order for door to door service and for bank transfer, draft cueq, and western union will be shipped after the confirmation of money accredit the account. Please allow an additional 3-5 working days for custom-made or alteration service. You will be notified via email of any back orders, or other delays in shipping your order. we offer delivery via Registered International air parcel which takes up to 4-6 working days for you to receive your goods.

We make every effort to keep a good stock of all the items on our site. Occasionally, a high-demand item may go out-of-stock. If we are out-of-stock of an item you ordered, we will notify you via email. You may cancel any unavailable merchandise or have a back-order entered at that time.

Customer satisfaction is important to all of us at sitjumpplay. We will ship your merchandise as quickly as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we can cancel it for you. However, we shall not be able to process a cancellation once your order has been shipped.
